Celebrating 27 years the Kitchener-Conestoga Dream Home Lottery is featuring a dream home that features a Southern Savannah-inspired feel this year.
Fully landscaped, this year’s Dream Home is built by Aberdeen Homes and decorated by Heer’s Interiors. Valued at over half a million dollars, the home features nine foot ceilings and an open-concept layout. You will see classically inspired craftsmanship used throughout the home, in both furniture and architectural features. The first floor provides plenty of space and a wonderful family atmosphere, from the inviting family room to the kitchen designed by Chervin Kitchen and Bath.
The second floor and upper loft are for rest and relaxation, with three ample bedrooms for your family and a luxurious main bath. The upper loft of the 2012 Dream Home is fully finished and allows for family movie or game nights. With a wonderful bar area, you can have access to snacks and refreshments without making the trip down to the kitchen.
In addition to the grand prize, there are 100 early bird prizes including a $10,000 home furniture shopping spree. This year, the Rotary Dream Home Lottery is supporting the Child Witness Centre and Family and Children’s Services, two non-profit organization that make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children in the community.
