He is the President / Founder and Head Instructor of Kicks For Kids. Mr. Trickett has been studying martial arts for 27 years and has been an instructor for 16 years. Mr. Trickett has a mixed martial arts background which includes, Greco Wrestling, Jiujitsu, I.T.F. Taekwondo, W.T.F. Taekwondo, and various forms of Hand To Hand Combat and weapons disarmament training.

Mr. Trickett also has extensive competition experience both nationally and internationally and has placed first in
National and Provincial competitions. He is a Certified, Government recognized, Provincial Taekwondo Referee for Ontario. Mr. Trickett has Black Belt Certifications through both the World Taekwondo Federation (KUKKIWON)(WTF) and the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) with his ITF Certification issued and signed by the founder of Taekwondo, Grandmaster Choi, Hong Hi !! He is also a highly sought after and experienced competition coach who has guided countless athletes to Gold in Provincial, National and International Competitions including 2 of his students competing in carding for the Olympics and having students qualify for both the Universiad and Pan Am Games!

During his years as an instructor, Mr. Trickett has also been actively developing and implementing, several specialized programs dealing with issues such as bully-proofing and programs for kids with A.D.D. & A.D.H.D. These programs have been designed with the help of registered, practicing school teachers and Black Belt experts and his instructors teach them in area public schools as well as in his classes.
