The McInnis Family: Connie, John and sons Adam and Gavin own and operate Kitchen Tune-Up franchises in Burlington and Oakville in addition to holding a master franchise for Kitchen Tune-Up in Canada.

Adam, a former custom boat builder and project manager, is the general manager of the Burlington and Oakville franchises, Gavin transitioned from marine engineering to take on responsibility for the residential and commercial wood finish restoration division. Connie is applying her skills as an experienced kitchen and bath designer in combination with her extensive business background to manage the company’s innovative design consultation service. Connie’s focus and attention to detail are legendary and obvious in everything she does from interpreting client needs to flying a plane. John’s more than 30 years in home improvement business development provides the foundation for the systems and procedures that empower employees to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The combination of talent, commitment and experience has enabled the family to successfully adapt Kitchen Tune-Up’s award winning business model to the Canadian market.

Both at work and at play, the McInnis family function like a well practiced team. With the addition of grand children, there are now 3 generations sharing a keen interest in renovating, decorating and woodworking.

Kitchen Tune-Up has been franchising since 1988 and has been recognized as the Number One Kitchen Remodeling Company by Entrepreneur Magazine for 19 rears running. Each of the more than 300 Kitchen Tune-Up franchises is independently owned and operated by families in their local area.
