Azim Rizvee is president, CEO and Broker of Record of MinMaxx Realty Inc., a role that he has come to after years of experience in the field and in business management. He has taken MinMaxx Realty to the position of the best value provider of real estate services available.

His extensive educational background includes masters degrees in science and business administration with a major in marketing. Azim has also earned a Project Management Professional Designation from Project Management Institute (PMI) and is an Alumnus of Ivey Leadership Program from Richard Ivey School of Business, one of the world’s top business schools. In addition to his expertise as a Real Estate Broker, Azim is a registered independent Mortgage Broker.

While his academic achievements are impressive, Azim has also proven himself in the business world, working for a number of multinational and national organizations in both management and directorial capacities. Among his employers were Bell Canada and Aventis. He began his real estate career with companies like ReMax and Royal LePage and also managed a real estate company. It didn’t take long for him to realize that his experience in the corporate world could be applied to real estate.

He combined his passion for real estate, including a long history of investing in real estate, with his business skills and successfully established MinMaxx Realty as a leader in the industry in a short period of time. Azim believes in leading by example and has attained the distinguished status of Top Real Estate Agent in the GTA in 2008. Under Azim’s leadership, Minmaxx Realty has maintained taken the lead in the market for the second consecutive year as the Most Productive Real Estate Organization in 2008 with more than 50 transactions per active agent.

When he’s not providing superior real estate advice and services to clients, Azim rounds out his leisure time with tennis, cricket and chess and also enjoys travel and poetry and is an avid book collector. Azim is an award-winning debater at intercollegiate and regional levels and has won several national television quiz programs.
