Concierge: Offering 24/7 concierge service gives residents a feeling of added security and luxury. The concierge will accept guests and packages, as well as help tenants arrange for other services, adding to the feeling of a luxury hotel.
Maintenance: The last thing a landlord wants to worry about is maintaining their rental unit, and tenants don’t want to panic when something goes wrong. This program manages all aspects of general or emergency maintenance needs, freeing the landlord of any worry and providing residents with easy access to anything they may require.
Housekeeping: Just like any hotel, even the housekeeping services are offered with this program. This makes life much easier for tenants and frees the owner of any housekeeping responsibilities.
All of this adds up to providing tenants with a home away from home – a residence where they are happy to stay for an extended period, while providing all the convenience and amenities of a hotel, too.
