Executive Vice-President of Empire Communities, Paul Golini Jr., is a tireless champion of ethical building practices as they relate to the environment. This passion springs from his strong belief that the building industry has to give something back to the environment, thus offsetting what tends to be perceived as destructive practices. Championing green building practices helps to build bridges between the industry and the consumer.

Golini puts his principles into action in many ways. He sits on the Green Committee for BILD; the LEED for Homes Core Committee; the Organizing Committee for Archetype homes; the 2009 Executive Committee - First Vice Chair - BILD; and the 2009 Board of Directors – BILD.

Golini was integral in the planning, marketing and overseeing construction of the Archetype Sustainable House at Kortright Centre – a BILD joint initiative with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). Golini has also been involved in the Open House for Developers held at the Archetype Sustainable House at the Kortright Centre in Vaughan.
