Culinary Boot Camp 2

At Liaison College, Hamilton campus you can have the boot camp experience without the pain! It’s all in the name of “Love for Food”. We have put together a 13 week session that will take you back to the basics, learning to cook all over again .
Your Boot Camp will run 1 night a week for 13 weeks and will include the following classes: (3 hour classes)
Knife Skills and how to prepare your kitchen for a culinary experience (1 class)
Stocks and Soups (1 classes)
Sauces and Vegetable Cookery (2 classes)
Starches, Starches and More Starches!! (2 classes)
Poultry Passion (2 classes)
Where’s the Beef? (2 classes)
Fish and Seafood (2 classes)
Dessert…ahhhhh Dessert (1 class)
Culinary Boot Camp starts:
January 27, 2010 to April 27, 2010.
All classes are on Wednesday nights and start at 7:00 pm SHARP!!!
Cost Per Person $ 949.00 + GST (5% taxes) =
$ 996.45 (Includes all 13 weeks of instruction + The “Professional Cooking” for Canadian Chefs Textbook).

Tax receipts can be given for income tax purposes. We MUST have a minimum of 6 in the class to run this boot camp.
