With over twenty successful years in the real
estate industry, Sam McDadi has built a real estate empire in Mississauga, but
he continues to hold true to the values and philosophy that led to his success.
“When I first started in real estate, I felt that
every client should have the ultimate experience from start to finish and we’ve
maintained that over the years. I think that’s been one of the corner stone’s
to our success,” says McDadi.
As the business grew, McDadi realized he needed to
evolve to provide the same level of customer service he began the company with.
The solution was to build Team McDadi, a group of highly skilled and
professional team members.

Growing up in Mississauga, Sam McDadi developed a
passion and talent for tennis in his teenage years. He spent countless hours on
the court and competed successfully at both the provincial and national levels.
After graduating from Lorne Park Secondary School, Sam received a tennis
scholarship at Nicholls State University, where he graduated with an honours
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Continuing his education at the
University of South Carolina, Sam completed his Masters of Business
Administration degree with honours.
After returning to Canada, McDadi worked as a
financial analyst with two large multi-national companies. After two years in
the corporate sector, he realized that his true love was marketing and sales. He
decided to embark upon a real estate sales career and has never looked back.
McDadi’s philosophy behind great customer service
and educating clients led him to share his passion and insight into the real
estate industry by writing a book entitled ‘My
Collective Thoughts on Real Estate.’ Currently in its tenth addition,
McDadi is constantly updating and changing the content of the book to ensure
that it’s relevant with today’s house market and trends. It’s an incredible
wealth of knowledge for any buyer or seller, says McDadi.
