Debbie Radchenko is the proud owner of the Island Ink-Jet store located in the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre. Since opening over three years ago, Debbie and her knowledgeable staff have provided customers with extensive savings, technical knowledge, and the ability to help the environment.

Fresh out of university, Debbie embarked on a successful career within the computer industry, which encompassed everything from installing computers and printers, to programming and managing computer departments within the wholesale industry. After 25 years Debbie decided to expand her career to include retail experience by opening a retail business.

Then the dilemma was selecting a suitable franchise. After attending numerous franchise shows and laboring over hours of research, an Island Ink-Jet store was discovered accidently while searching for a cup of coffee in a Mississauga mall. Intrigued by the unfamiliar franchise and the services it offered, Debbie decided that the best way to investigate further would be as an employee and learn the company from the inside out. As luck would have it, this location was hiring a full-time refill technician.
