MinMaxx Realty’s Azim Rizvee says his company looks for opportunities to contribute to community, saying that it benefits business to be operating in a strong community. Participation generates opportunities for business explains Rizvee.
Milton soccer club has benefited from MinMaxx sponsorships as have students of E. C. Drury School for the Hearing Impaired in Milton. Other sponsorships include Princess Margaret Hospital’s Walk to End Breast Cancer.
Rizvee sees the role of a business within a community as a promotional one, pointing to the attention generated by a record-breaking weekend of 50 open houses held in Milton at one time. The event attracted buyers to the market and caused some excitement around the town.
MinMaxx began a monthly contest last year, open to all of its clients with the prize of a free real estate services. The winner pays no commission on the sale of their home.
“People are loving it,” says Rizvee. “It’s a one-of-a-kind unique event within the industry.
Milton Mayor Gord Krantz and other local celebrities have participated in awards ceremonies that have recognized MinMaxx as the top seller of real estate in the GTA in 2008, 2009. The company has also reached out to the community with meet and greet events for clients.
