Alta Nissan is car dealership known for its quality
vehicles, but what about its quality relationships? With three locations in York Region to choose
from – Woodbridge, Maple, and Richmond Hill, the Alta Nissan family pride
themselves on providing impeccable service for customers.
From the original Alta Nissan dealership in Woodbridge which
has been serving the area for over fifteen years, the company grew to become
Canada’s largest Nissan group. Richmond
Hill Nissan opened in 1998, but Robert Brown, general manager joined the Alta
Nissan family in 1993. Edward Wong joined the family in 1995, and is now the
general manager at Maple Nissan, which opened in 2007. Gabriel Paniccia is the
general manager at the Woodbridge location, but has been with the team since
1994. According to Wong, the Alta Nisan family includes a number of employees
who have been in the family for quite some time.
“Our employees have grown with us, along with our
clientele,” says Wong.
The Alta Nissan family has earned respect from customers and
has been recognized by Nissan Canada for all their hard work and dedication to
offering excellent customer service, and the Nissan family has the awards to
prove it.
“One we continuously win is our President Award of Merit and
also the Award of Excellence through Nissan Canada, which is one of the highest
honors from Nissan Canada for our commitment to customer satisfaction and
service,” explains Paniccia, adding that Alta Nissan has won this award
consecutively for the past fifteen years.
“Customer service is the single most motivating factor for
us at Alta Nissan to keep customers coming back,” says Brown. “We do everything within our power on a day
to day operation to keep them smiling. If they’re not happy with the service
and the dealership, they’re not going to come back.” When customers do come back, they often bring
friends and family because they know they’re going to get the service they
deserve.
