Eat your pear fresh, or slice-and-dice it for salads. Pears can be poached, baked, roasted, or grilled. But a favorite taste treat is to pair just the right pear, with just the right cheese. Pears contain Vitamin C, potassium, and lots of fibre. One, medium-size pear gives us 6 grams, one of the highest fibre fruits grown in North America.
