John Savidis brings all of the elements of being a champion to his Hamilton-based business, John Savidis Lean & Fit.

A martial arts world champion, "Fitness Trainer of the Year", producer and lead of his own internationally released TV fitness show & video collection (Fitness Kick), he has traveled around the world to deliver motivational seminars. Savidis has been honing his skills since the age of seven when he started training and has spent more than 30 years refining and mastering his training and motivational skills.

As a master of numerous rigorous martial arts forms, Savidis has gained insight and discipline that he is committed to passing on. He continues to train and inspire people of all ages and walks of life including Olympic athletes, sports teams and celebrities. He shares his success by consistently contributing to and supporting major local and international charities.

In the action movie 3 Days, in which he portrays a kick boxer attempting to save his father’s life, he displays powerful skills as an action and dramatic lead actor.
