“If there is one house where we need to purchase new inventory because we’re trying to customize it for that particular property, we’ll go ahead and do so,” says McDadi, adding that results have been incredible and sellers are ecstatic with the end results.

Although home staging has become quite popular, there are still some home sellers who are doubtful as to whether it makes a different in selling a home. “The return on investment that clients have obtained with staging had been fantastic. Many clients find the dollar expectations they have are exceeded once they’ve staged their property,” McDadi says. Staging a vacant property is extremely important to allow potential buyers to see the property as a home, instead of just a house. “It makes an emotional connection that is so vital to buying a house,” McDadi says.
