John Lusink, Broker of Record and managing partner of Royal LePage York North Realty has over twenty five years as a successful business executive with experience in commercial real estate sales, branch management, training and coaching. Consistently meeting or exceeding all corporate targets with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., John also achieved top ten status in Canada with CB Commercial. A graduate of Queen’s University with a BA, John is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and a member of the RECO Discipline and Appeals Committee.

Through his proactive management, dedication to training and effective leadership, John has helped realtors to achieve higher levels of productivity and greater professionalism. He is one of the first official licensed mentors for the Brian Buffini and Company 100 Days to Greatness program in Ontario. In his role as a coach, John has dramatically improved the businesses and lives of many of his colleagues.

Living in Newmarket with his wife, two daughters and two sons, John is active in the community in which he lives and works. He coaches for the Newmarket Soccer club, is a member of the Glenway Country Club, and is an avid outdoorsman.
